Certified Care Solutions (“CCS,” “we,” “us”) is a licensed California Home Care Organization (HCO #014700106) providing non-medical in-home care. Our office is at 37600 Central Ct, Suite 201, Newark, CA 94560. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information through this website, our phone lines and our text messages.

- Who the care is for and the details you share when you call, text or fill out a form
- Your text message consent choice and the date and time you gave it
- Job application details if you apply to work with us

- Device and browser type, pages visited, referring site and approximate location based on IP address
- Information from cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookies section below
Information from others
Family members, case managers, hospitals or other referral sources may share contact and care information with us when they refer someone to our services.

- To plan, provide, coordinate and bill for care services
- To send appointment reminders and service updates by call, email or, with your consent, text message
- To review job applications and manage caregivers
- To operate, secure and improve our website
- To meet legal, licensing and insurance requirements
Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the text message consent box on our website or otherwise agree to receive texts, we will send messages about your care inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by calling (866) 842-4715 or emailing us. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of receiving services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We store phone numbers and consent records in secure systems with access limited to staff and the messaging provider who delivers our texts on our behalf. See our SMS Terms for details.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us run our business, such as scheduling, messaging, payroll, website hosting and IT support, under contracts that limit their use of the information
- With caregivers assigned to a client, limited to what they need to provide care
- With people you authorize, such as family members or a care coordinator
- When required by law, licensing authorities or to protect the safety of a client or others
- As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, subject to this policy
Care and health information
Information about a client’s care needs is kept confidential and shared only with the people involved in providing or arranging that care, or as required by law. Please don’t send detailed medical information through our website form; our care team will discuss it with you by phone or in person.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site and remember your privacy choices. With your permission, we may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site and marketing cookies to measure our advertising.
For analytics we use Google Analytics, which shows us how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device, how you found us and whether you contacted us), and Microsoft Clarity, which shows us how pages are used through heatmaps and recordings of clicks, taps and scrolling. Clarity is set so that anything typed into our forms is hidden. These tools are provided by Google and Microsoft and only run after you accept analytics cookies; see the Google Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out of marketing cookies. To protect our forms from spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks for signs of automated activity when you send a form; see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client and employee records as long as required by California law and licensing rules. We then delete or de-identify it.
How we protect information
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, so please contact us right away if you believe your information has been compromised.
Your California privacy rights
California residents may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose
- Request a copy of their personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell it)
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Not be discriminated against for using these rights

Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information online.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
