Questions families ask before choosing an agency
Is Certified Care Solutions licensed?
Yes. We are licensed by the California Department of Social Services, Home Care Services Bureau, as a Home Care Organization (license HCO #014700106). Our caregivers are registered Home Care Aides.
How can I check my caregiver?
Ask us for your caregiver’s full name, then search it on California’s Home Care Aide Registry. Registered aides have passed a fingerprint background check.
What does “bonded and insured” mean?
Insurance covers accidents and injuries that happen while we provide care. A bond helps protect you in the rare case of theft. We are happy to send you a copy of our certificate of insurance.
